Cancellation's & Refunds


We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Ty's 303 Locksmith & Handyman. To receive a refund all returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and
defects. Returns must be made with original packaging and store receipt.

Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Claims for damages must be made within 3 business days after delivery, or they will not be honored.

Merchandise Eligible to be Returned & Restocking Fees
The following items may be returned for a refund:

  • Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.

  • Defective merchandise.

  • Merchandise that has not been installed.

*(25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective.)

Returns can only be made within 3 days of receiving your product.

Exchanges can only be made within 7 days of receiving your product, restocking fees will still apply.

Service Call:

Service call is not negotiable, service call is set and charge once Customer orders service and technician is 10 minutes out and on his way to requested location or 15 minutes has set apart since customer had called to ordered service. 

Labor work:

Labor is non-refundable once labor work is performed. 

Un-satisfaction of labor should be called off, in the middle or ending of work performance before or upon payment. 

Payment is requested only when job is done and labor is completed, after customer reviews the completed work. Only then payment shall be processed. 

Key Copies:

Defective Keys cannot be returned to the store without the original receipt and original key copy. Defect/wrong cut will be identified in shop and refund processed. Key cutting is not an exact science, and second cuts may need to be made to fit your existing lock.

Warranties are not permitted for any items that are supplied by the customer.

Warranties are not permitted for any labor work performed. 

Special Orders may not be returnable.

Authorization For Security, Emergency Or Labor Work.


Customer Certify's that they have authority to order the Security or labor work designated on (work order, invoice receipt).

Further, customer agrees to absolve the Locksmith\Handyman who bears the authorization from any and all claims arising from performance of such work.
